The experience begins with Japanese Fresh Oyster, draped in jalape&ntilde;o dressing and Maui onion salsa. Each bite caters to different palates, but the latter&mdash;<a href="https://www.hommesmalaysia.com/personalities/interview-how-darren-evonne-and-chloe-freshened-up-the-local-fashion-scene">a burst of freshness</a>&mdash;sets the stage for the Kinmedai Calamansi Honey. Here, golden eye snapper is elevated with a zesty calamansi honey dressing, a delicate shaving of cured fish roe, and Nobu&rsquo;s signature dry miso. Closing out the cold courses is Nobu Style Sushi featuring Toro, Kanpachi, Mongo Ika, and Botan Ebi. One word: sublime.&nbsp; The warm courses bring their own fireworks. Langoustine Sobagaki combines unique tastes and textures into one unforgettable dish. But the showstopper is the Wagyu Figs Teriyaki&mdash;a gastronomic marvel. Perfectly seared A5 wagyu meets a luscious fig-infused teriyaki glaze, balanced by smoky, earthy burnt cauliflower pur&eacute;e. It&rsquo;s indulgence redefined. A comforting Soymilk Ozoni soup, filled with chewy mochi rice cakes, carrots, and daikon, rounds out the savoury selections.&nbsp;
