Nobu is marking 30 years of groundbreaking Japanese-Peruvian fusion with an exclusive 30th Anniversary Omakase—an expertly curated dining experience highlighting the brand's rich culinary evolution. From October 7 to 13, Nobu locations worldwide will offer this special omakase, blending timeless classics with fresh, modern twists.

Executive Chef Hervé Courtot, the creative force behind Nobu’s global kitchens, explains the inspiration: “This menu celebrates the three decades since Nobu New York opened, chef Nobu’s second restaurant. To honour this milestone, we’re offering a signature omakase at all our locations, showcasing fan favourites at an enticing price.”

The 30th Anniversary Omakase is a masterclass in indulgence, featuring Nobu's most iconic dishes that elevate the dining experience. The journey kicks off with the highly sought-after Yontenmori—an exquisite selection of Toro Tartare with Caviar, Salmon Tataki with Karashi Sumiso, Seabass Tiradito, and Yellowtail Jalapeño—setting the tone for what's to come.

From there, sushi and tacos take the spotlight. Tuna Nigiri, White Fish Matsuhisa Style, Scallop Dry Miso, and a Nori Taco with Caviar deliver a transcendent experience for even the most refined palates. The Black Cod with butter lettuce and King Crab drenched with a special Amazu Ponzu sauce are nothing short of divine, while the delicate Japanese Beef with Anticucho sauce secures its place as a true standout.

To finish, the dessert lineup doesn’t disappoint, with favourites like Strawberry Cheesecake, Milk Chocolate with sesame cream, and a satisfying Mochido closing out the omakase with a sweet touch.
