Day two of Milan Fashion Week took us to the outskirts of the city to celebrate MSGM&rsquo;s 15th anniversary with its latest Men&rsquo;s Spring/Summer 2025 and Women&rsquo;s Resort 2025 collections. For 15 years, Massimo Giorgetti has infused MSGM with his signature flamboyance, and we've loved every surprising, unique moment. This time, the surprise started with the venue: a white space adorned with graffiti on the outer walls and painted glass casings as guests made their way to their seats. The real shock came just before the show began. Artists behind the scenes hurled blue, green, yellow, and red paintballs, mimicking the season&rsquo;s signature colors, leaving half the hall, including us, startled. The sounds of buzzing bees and crashing waves accompanied the co-ed looks, reimagined by Giorgetti&rsquo;s vision of modern Italian life, diving into an oceanic theme reflected in the makeshift sailor caps given as show invitations.

The collection kicked off with a bang&mdash;no pun intended&mdash;with a slouchy suit paired with a vibrant red paper hat. This was followed by a little red dress, contrasted with an ocean blue bag and mustard MSGM x New Balance sneakers with red laces. Floral prints adorned oversized shirts, skirts, and jackets, while stripes appeared in a spectrum of vibrant hues. Patent leather trench coats gleamed under the spotlight, succeeded by knitted tops and tees showcasing geometric illustrations and live sea animals. Beach boys ventured into open waters with sketched button-downs, transitioning into formalwear with deconstructed panels and uneven stripes, grounded in an illusion of movement.
