In celebration of the upcoming Year of the Dragon, Hennessy unveils a limited-edition collection Dragon's Odyssey as an ode to the majestic and mythical creature, a symbol of strength, courage and wisdom deeply rooted in oriental culture. To bring this exceptional collection to life, Hennessy has collaborated with New York and Shanghai-based artist Yang Yongliang whose poetic landscape paintings echo Hennessy&rsquo;s time-honoured craftsmanship and commitment to innovation.
Born, raised, and trained in Shanghai, Yang Yongliang&rsquo;s artistic style is a blend of traditional and innovative digital influences. His creation for the Dragon's Odyssey sees his proficiency in different mediums, interweaving past and future whilst giving a fresh perspective to the legendary creature.

My inspiration for this collection comes from my special fondness for dragons &ndash;they&rsquo;re so symbolic and legendary, and I grew up hearing stories about them. When I was a young boy, my grandmother gave me an antique coin with a dragon on it. I wanted to share that memory in this Hennessy collaboration, and that&rsquo;s why the dragon has a metallic surface, like a childhood memory of seeing a dragon on a coin. HENNESSY V.S.O.P DELUXE
To start, we have the Hennessy V.S.O.P Deluxe 70CL bottle that stores the classic signature cognac, where the decanter this year is packaged insided a sleek read box featuring a ferocious scarlet dragon design.

HENNESSY X.O DELUXE
Onto more luxurious grounds, we have the iconic Hennessy X.O Delxue edition dressed in a gilded decanter within a spectacular limited edition box that features an extended art of the eastern dragon riding along golden waves.

HENNESSY PARADIS LIMITED EDITION
And finally, the cream of the crop is the Hennessy Paradis Limited Edition that features the iconic cognac created in 1979 by 6th generation Master Blender, Maurice Fillioux.
Limited to only 485 numbered bottles, the golden liquid is stored inside a handcrafted white porcelain decanter and packaged within a luxurious oak giftbox with its very own authencity card. The white porcelain decanter sees two majestic golden dragons soaring the skies, while the oak box also features a work of art by artist Yang.&nbsp;

The Hennessy limited-edition &lsquo;Dragon&rsquo;s Odyssey&rsquo; collection in collaboration with Yang Yongliang is now available at major retailers and distributors.
